Information Collected Automatically
Location Information
Luyeana may request access to your device's fine and/or coarse location to provide nearby discovery and proximity-related functionality.
Location information may be used to determine whether users are within a relevant proximity range and to show nearby users when Luyeana visibility is enabled.
Luyeana does not intentionally display your exact GPS coordinates to other users.
Bluetooth & Wi-Fi
Depending on the features available in the App and permissions granted on your device, Luyeana may use Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi-related information as an additional method for detecting proximity.
Presence Information
Luyeana may process information such as whether you are online, active in a chat, or currently visible in discovery to provide real-time presence features.
Device & Notification Information
We may collect basic technical device information and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver notifications and maintain reliable communication.
How We Use Your Information
We use information collected through Luyeana to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App.

Your Privacy Controls
Luyeana Visibility
You can turn Luyeana visibility on or off. When visibility is disabled, your profile should not appear through the relevant discovery feature.
Ghost Mode
If available in your version of Luyeana, Ghost Mode allows you to browse nearby profiles without appearing in discovery.
Messaging Controls
Where supported, you may control who can send you messages or connection requests.
Blocking
You can block other users to prevent the blocked user from interacting with you through relevant Luyeana features.
Data Storage & Security
Luyeana uses Google Firebase services as part of its infrastructure.

Information may be stored and processed on infrastructure operated by Google and its service providers.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

We generally retain account information and associated data for as long as your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide Luyeana's services.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period when necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or backup processes.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Luyeana account through the account-deletion functionality provided in the App, where available.
Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile information and other content associated with your account.
Account deletion may not be reversible.
If you cannot access the account deletion functionality, contact us using the email address provided below.
Third-Party Services
Luyeana relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality.
For example, Google Firebase may process information required for authentication, database storage, file storage, and push notifications.
Third-party services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Used to notify you about messages, Waves, and relevant Luyeana activity.

Children's Privacy
Luyeana is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age required to use the App under applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Luyeana, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
User Safety
Luyeana allows people to connect with users they may not know personally.
You should avoid sharing passwords, financial information, or other sensitive personal information with other users.
You can use Luyeana's blocking and reporting features to report inappropriate or abusive behavior.
While we take reasonable measures to support user safety, we cannot guarantee the behavior, identity, or intentions of other users.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated through the App or other appropriate methods.
